FIS World Cup Freeride 2026

Andorra will be the host of the first FIS Freeride World Championships, which will take place from February 1 to 6, 2026, at the Ordino Arcalís resort.

This event will mark a historic moment for this sport, as it will be the first time that freeride will hold a World Championship under the umbrella of the International Ski Federation (FIS).

For more than ten years, Andorra has been a reference destination for freeride, and hosting the World Championships will solidify its position as a global epicenter of this discipline. The event will not only bring together the best freeriders on the planet, but it will also elevate the sport to new heights, offering an unprecedented platform for freeride skiing and snowboarding.
