Ordino Arcalís is a benchmark in the world of freeride and stands out for its many excellent qualities. Ideal temperatures throughout the season ensure good snow preservation, while the mountain peaks prevent the wind from blowing away freshly fallen snow. For those looking to take their first steps, there is a beginner’s area for learning basic techniques, as well as an advancedfreeride area where visitors can perfect their skills. Ordino Arcalís also boasts the Creussans chairlift, the only lift in the Pyrenees that provides access to a south-facing freeride area, thus expanding the options for skiers. Additionally, one of the freeride areas can be reached via the Feixans ski lift, which provides access to the best marked routes. Thanks to all of these amenities, Ordino Arcalís stands out as an ideal destination for all freeride enthusiasts.

We also have a seasonal freeride school for youngsters aged 12 to 18, where values such as good mountain conduct, team spirit and respect for the environment are promoted. Students improve their skiing skills through practical and theoretical sessions, developing responsibility and achieving personal goals while learning about the importance of preserving the natural environment.
