Ski and snowboard school in Andorra

The Ordino Arcalís Ski and Snowboard school offers classes from beginner to expert level. The resort has classes for adults and children in all disciplines, skiing and snowboarding, as well as experiences as the Top Class, a premium school service. 

Our monitors will give you personalised tips to help you improve your technical skills in all snow conditions while you discover the pleasures of improving safely in a unique location.

Private lessons

Private lessons are more personalised sessions which focus exclusively on your progress. Because you are with your instructor by yourself, or in a small group, you can learn quicker and more effectively.

This type of lesson is ideal for any skiing level. From taking your first steps, to perfecting your technique and discovering every corner of the resort with our experts.

Whether you are a skier or a snowboarder, the ski school will provide the best lessons and tips to allow you to make good progress in this winter sport.

Prices conditions

  • Prices per person, maximum of 6 people per group. Prices valid for all classes that begin at the same time each day.
  • To ensure an appropriate progression in classes, Grandvalira advised that for reservatiosn of private lessons of 2 people or more,  clients must have similar age and level.
  • As it is a personalized service, times are approximated. 
  • IMPORTANT: To book any of the School’s services, you must have a valid Day/Multi-day/Season/Plus+ pass for the dates in question. Pedestrian passes are excluded.

Group lessons

Group lessons are lessons that include skiers that have the same skiing or snowboarding level. They are more targeted lessons that focus on the group’s progress, aiming to provide the student with key tools for skiing.

Group lessons also allow you to get to know students of other nationalities from other places, which means that you can meet new people while you learn.

These lessons are also tailored to suit different skiing levels and types. They usually run for 3 hours per day, and it is recommended that you attend for 2 or more days in order to be able to acquire the necessary knowledge.

Remarks:

  • Group lessons are given in different languages. Whenever is possible, the school will deliver the course in the requested language. However, in order to guarantee a monitor in the desired language, it is recommended to hire the private lessons.
  • The ski school reserves the right to change the instructor and the group during the lessons.
  • The customer must be at the school 30 minutes before the time confirmed in the booking. In the case that the timetable is not confirmed, participants must arrive at the school before 10.00 a.m.
  • If the duration takes place between two seasons, please consult prices online. The price will be calculated in proportion to the number of days according to each season.
  • IMPORTANT: to book any of the School’s services, you must have a valid Day/Multi-day/Season/Plus+ pass for the dates in question. Pedestrian and begginers passes are excluded.

 

Modalities: 

  • Alpine skiing or snowboarding.
  • Snowboarding: available from 12 years.

 

Starting date:

  • Classes start on Monday for the 15h, 12h and 9h courses, and only on Saturdays for the 6h courses.
  • In the case of a special departure, it will only be available for the 15h, 12h and 9h courses.
Top Class Ordino Arcalís Andorra

Top Class

The Top Class school is an innovative idea that is part of the Ordino Arcalís Ski School. Private, exclusive lessons are provided by teachers who have the highest level of certification. This idea goes beyond lessons that are strictly for skiing, as the instructor can serve as a guide, allowing you to discover every corner of the resort. They can also recommend the best places to relax or enjoy exquisite food.

The Top Class option is the option that is most convenient, most exclusive, and best suited to your current needs. 

In addition, with a Top Class reservation, every Saturday you can be the first to ski down with the instructor, before the resort opens. Breakfast is also included. Service available upon request.
